I love the golden and green tints created by the street and shop lights.

Evening Shopping
My wife and I had a few errands to run this evening. My family is coming to visit us in Belfast next week. A rather exciting prospect...but also one we need to prepare for. Mentally, physically but mostly materially. We only have enough silverware for four people...we will have more than that to feed. So we made our way to the heart of the city and purchased some necessary things. I also got a quick photo of a Belfast street...

Fence. Night.
Here's a fence. At night.
The redeeming qualities?...1. a little bit of bokeh...2. the "series" look...3. shallow depth of field...4. and hey, contrasty black and white is always good, right?

Hopefully that justifies a fence. at night.

Closed
This little cafe was closed by the time I got to it. I was hoping that it would be. It's much nicer when no one is around...that's when you actually notice the soft blues and yellows of the room, and how they perfectly split the cafe into two. One side warmer colors, one side cooler colors...

Not Much Time Left
With just two days until we leave for Northern Ireland, my wife and I have very little time. We went for an extremely quick bike ride today, though, and I grabbed my camera...thinking it might be my only chance for a picture of any interest...
Biking at Warp Speed
What looks like traveling at a great speed is really just a pretty slow speed on a bicycle. Apparently motion lines/blur can be deceiving.
Holding the Walls Up
These ladders appear to be holding up the walls of an old building. They are not.
